“Where there is no struggle, there is no progress”

portrait of a mid adult woman jogging in a parkIf you want your body to stay the same, keep doing what you’re doing. On the other hand, if you want your body to change for the better, it must be overloaded, stressed, and pushed to its limit. In this way alone, the body becomes fit and strong.

It’s the same way with our lives. If you want to stay the same, keep doing what you’re doing. If you want to change for the better, be ready to encounter challenges, disappointments and heartbreaks. Be ready to step out of your comfort zone and into the unknown.

Success in any endeavor must encounter and ENDURE failure. We must be pushed to our limits. We must be willing to invite pain and challenges into our bodies and lives. We must be willing to say NO to the easy way out. We must become decision makers and stop sitting on the fence “thinking about it” but never acting. We must always remember as we work on our bodies and our lives, where there is no struggle, there is no progress.
