Ingredients:  1 cup fruit juice (cranberry, pomegranate, cherry,) 1 cup non-dairy milk (rice, oat, almond) 2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries,blackberries, peaches, bananas–alone or a combination) 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional) A few drops of vanilla (optional) Preparation: Mix all ingredients in the blender until blended to your preferred consistency.
