Happy Self-Love Day!

Did you know that today, February 13th, is Self-Love Day?

I can’t think of a more fitting day than TODAY to make a Self-Love Resolution. So, I want to invite you to make TODAY a new beginning.

Will you make today the day you start loving yourself MORE… free of guilt?

If so, I encourage you to ask yourself these three questions:

1)  What does it look like for ME to LOVE myself more?
2)  How can LOVING myself more improve my health and wellness?
3)  What one small thing will I commit to doing daily to show myself LOVE?

Extra Credit: Forward this email to a friend you care about who needs to LOVE herself more and tell her about this new beginning you’ve committed to TODAY. Ask her to join you in LOVING herself more. Discuss the three questions above with her. Tell her your answers and have her tell you hers. Then, make sure you keep each other accountable – schedule a time you’ll check-in at least once each week with each other and share how you’ve been showing yourself some L-O-V-E.

TODAY can be the start of some TRANSFORMATIONAL breakthroughs in your health and wellness.
