Jumping Jack variation (1 set of 50)

Standing Quad Stretch

(hold each stretch for 5 seconds before switching; keep switching so you do at least 5 stretches on each leg)

Flamingo Glute Stretch

(hold each stretch for 5 seconds before switching; keep switching so you do at least 5 stretches on each leg)

Static Spiderman

(hold each stretch for 5 seconds before switching; keep switching so you do at least 5 stretches on each leg)

Butt Kickers

(1 set of 30 seconds, in place or moving forward)

Inchworm Hamstring Stretch

(1 set of 3-5 walkouts)

Straight-Leg March

(1 set of 10 “kicks”)
