That clip is funny, but when we’re talking about going in the wrong direction in real life, it’s actually pretty serious.
Midlife is the time to ask yourself,
“Am I going the wrong way?”
If so, it might be time for a Midlife Course Correction.
So… how do you know if you’re going the wrong way?
Here’s what we know…
Every decision you make is based on who you are, what you want, and where you’re going.
With every decision you make, you’re steering the wheel in a certain direction.
In the first half of your life you may have made those decisions based on the circumstances at the time – perhaps you were newly married, raising children, starting your career, etc.
As the years went on, your kids started growing up, you were well into your career, and still married (maybe!).
Now in your midlife years, your kids may have flown from the nest, you’ve been married for a few decades, and you’re beginning to think about retirement at some point.
Sure, your circumstances have changed over the past 20 years, but you’ve changed as well…
You’re wiser, more mature, and have more life experience… HOWEVER…
