Transformation Wellness For Women exists to coach women in midlife to a healthier and more fulfilling life. As many beautiful physical, mental, and emotional shifts occur during this time, I believe this is an optimal time to make healthy changes and enhancements in a woman’s life.
I believe that when women in midlife are feeling and performing at their personal best, they are capable of experiencing their richest and most meaningful life now and for the decades yet to come.
To foster a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and uplifting community of like-minded and like-hearted women in midlife who are ready, willing, and able to make a healthy change in their lives and coach them toward improving and enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My clients are the sum of three women: the woman she was the first half of life, the woman she is today, and the woman she will be tomorrow. I use her past, present, and vision of the future to coach her toward her best physical, mental, and emotional self.
Trusting highly in the fact that each woman is the expert in her own life and that she holds all the answers, I coach each client toward her vision through mindful listening, asking the right questions, discovering her motivators and strengths, and empowering her to build confidence, resilience, hope, and self-motivation.
