Kim Acedo, MS, CHWC, believes that a healthy life is a life you’ll love! Kim has been advising women on fitness and nutrition since 2000. As a health and wellness coach exclusively for women in their 50’s, Kim specializes in coaching her clients to live their best life through a mental and emotional transformation. With a background in fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching, she partners with her clients to discover new ways to improve their life satisfaction, energy, health, weight, exercise, nutrition, and mental and emotional fitness.
